FindPurpose.life was created from a simple but deeply felt truth: growth is not just about doing more. It is about becoming more honest, more balanced, more rooted, and more aligned with what matters most.
For many people, personal growth can feel noisy. There is so much advice, so much pressure, and so many promises of quick transformation. But real growth rarely begins in force. More often, it begins in a pause. A moment of sincerity. A willingness to listen inwardly and begin again with intention.
That is the spirit behind FindPurpose.life.
This space was created to bring together two streams that are often kept apart: timeless spiritual wisdom and practical, science-informed tools for everyday life. Here, growth is not treated as performance. It is treated as practice. As relationship. As a gradual return to clarity, wholeness, and purpose.
At the heart of this work is Dhirja’s own journey - one shaped by devotion, resilience, learning, and return.
She began her path in medicine in India with a deep desire to serve and heal. Life, however, did not unfold in a straight line. Her path asked something else of her first: presence, sacrifice, and the long inner work of caring for family through difficulty. Years later, she returned to formal study in the United States, completing her degrees at Rutgers as a returning adult learner with a renewed understanding of what growth truly asks of a person.
That journey changed the way she saw healing.
It became clear that real transformation is rarely only intellectual. It asks for the whole self. The body. The mind. The emotions. The spirit. It asks for practical tools, yes - but also for compassion, meaning, and inner alignment. It asks not just how we improve, but how we live.
FindPurpose.life was born from that understanding.
This is a space for people who want to grow gently and deeply. For people who feel stuck, scattered, overwhelmed, or ready for a more meaningful next step. For people who want a path that honors both reflection and action, wisdom and evidence, inner truth and daily practice.
Here, you will find a whole-self approach to growth - one that is rooted in the Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual dimensions of life. You will find teachings inspired by Sanatan Dharma and the Bhagavad Gita, along with practical insights drawn from psychology, coaching, mindfulness, and habit change. You will find a place to pause, reconnect, and begin with sincerity.
This is not about becoming someone else overnight.
It is about returning to yourself more fully.
Listening more deeply.
Choosing more consciously.
And taking the next step with intention.
That is our story.
And if you are here, perhaps it is becoming part of yours too.
